At XEKOYA, we want every rider to feel confident in their purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Period
- E-Dirt Bikes: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Accessories: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
If the applicable return period has passed, or if the product has been used, damaged, or misused, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns of used products.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be 100% new, unused, and unassembled
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging in perfect condition
- All original packaging must be retained for at least 2 weeks after delivery
Important:
- Returns without original packaging will be rejected
- Customers are responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee
If you need to return a product later for service or repair, you are responsible for properly packaging and shipping the item.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- If the return is due to XEKOYAβs error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), XEKOYA will cover the shipping costs

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email support@xekoya.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization before shipping the item
Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
If any tariffs occur during the return process, XEKOYA will cover those costs.
Used Products & Warranty Issues
If your product has been used and develops issues, it may be covered under our Warranty Policy.

Condition & Restocking Fees
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns
- If the returned item shows signs of damage or is not in original condition, an additional loss-in-value fee (typically ~15%) may apply
- Returns that do not meet condition requirements may be rejected and returned at the customerβs expense
Proof of Purchase
All returns must include valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
All returns must be pre-approved by XEKOYA.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund (minus applicable fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days
Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled before shipment incur no charges.
- If the order has already shipped, standard return procedures apply (including shipping and restocking fees)
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Email photos immediately to support@xekoya.com
We will assist with a claim or replacement.
Defective Products
All XEKOYA products are covered under our warranty.
If you believe your item is defective:
- Contact support@xekoya.com
- Our team will assist with replacement parts or product replacement if applicable
Note:
Original packaging is required for defective returns. If unavailable, customers must ensure safe repackaging.
Product Variations Disclaimer
Product specifications and visuals may vary slightly due to ongoing improvements.
XEKOYA is not responsible for return shipping costs related to minor differences between product images and the actual product.
If you have specific concerns, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different product:
- Return the unused item following this policy
- Place a new order separately
