Shipping Coverage & Cost
- We currently ship within the contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories)
- All XEKOYA electric dirt bikes are shipped from local U.S. warehouses
- Free shipping is included on all e-dirt bike orders
Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Processing Time: Approximately 1-2 business day
- Transit Time: Typically 2β6 business days, depending on location
- Total Delivery Time: 3-8 business days
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order:
- You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is authorized
- If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you promptly
- In-stock orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days

Freight Delivery Notice
Electric dirt bikes are shipped via freight carriers.
You may be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.
Please ensure:
- Someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery
- The delivery address is accurate and accessible
Inspecting Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please carefully inspect the package before signing.
If you notice any visible damage (e.g., dents, tears, or holes):
- Note it on the delivery receipt (e.g., βDamaged on arrival, subject to inspectionβ)
- Take clear photos of the packaging before opening
- Inspect the product within 48 hours
Report any issues to support@xekoya.com with photos.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos
Our team will review the issue and, if applicable, provide replacement parts at no charge.
