Warranty

At XEKOYA, we stand behind the quality, performance, and reliability of our electric dirt bikes. Every XEKOYA bike is backed by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.


Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice).


Covered Components & Warranty Periods

The following components are covered from the date of delivery:

  • Battery β€” 12 months
  • Motor β€” 12 months
  • Controller β€” 12 months
  • Frame β€” 12 months
  • Display β€” 6 months

If a covered component is found to be defective within the applicable warranty period, XEKOYA will, at its discretion, provide a replacement part at no charge.

Note:

  • This warranty covers parts only.
  • Labor, service, and installation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Replacement parts may be shipped directly from our factory or authorized partners.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper operation
  • Extreme or abnormal riding conditions (including racing, stunts, or unintended use)
  • Improper assembly, maintenance, or storage not in accordance with the user manual
  • Exposure to water, chemicals, excessive moisture, sand, or debris
  • Unauthorized modifications or use of non-approved parts or accessories
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, normal wear and tear)
  • Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers
  • External events such as collisions, fire, flooding, lightning, theft, or power surges

Battery-Specific Exclusions

The battery warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Use of incompatible or unauthorized chargers
  • Improper charging, overcharging, or poor maintenance practices
  • Tampering, opening, or breaking the battery seal
  • Use of the battery for non-XEKOYA applications

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Email support@xekoya.com
  2. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue
  3. Provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect

Our technical team will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for replacement or next steps.

If local repair service is required, XEKOYA may recommend an authorized technician.
All labor and service costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Important Notes

  • Any unauthorized modification or tampering will void the warranty
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner
  • Replacement part availability and shipping times may vary
