It's a great bike for the price and tons of power for its size. My only complaint is it it broke with only 5 miles on it all but 5 minutes of that in speed 2. A phone number would be nice to talk to service department instead of playing email tag. I'm 3 emails deep with videos and pics and now waiting on a I guess actual service dept to make a decision to contact me with their opinion. I know enough to know it's the motor that's pooped out and honestly believe it's just a weird fluke bc I know ppl with this bike with no issues for months. So hopefully I hear something soon bc we will be a week with out it tomorrow. My suggestion is put a 100a controller on it instead of 85a bc it's 5k motor and 100a discharge battery so your already over stressing the controller.
